If you want a streamlined way to surf the Web, Runecats Explorer offers a sleek Web browser that keeps the clutter to a bare minimum.
The interface sports a clean, streamlined design that won't hold any surprises for users who've worked with browsers before. The small command buttons at the top are the same as most standard Web browsing programs, forward, backward, stop, home, favorites and print are all available. A generous URL space is provided below. One unique aspect of Runecats is its separate box to generate a fresh tab. Off to the far right, it also deletes tabs, and this may be the only learning curve users have to get past. Unlike Firefox, there is no X on the individual tab, which may cause unnecessary closing of the wrong tabs. Instead of adding another toolbar to the browsing window, Runecats tucks settings for page setup, pop-ups, and a few other items on a single options menu so they don't take up room on the browser window.
Overall, Runecats operated intuitively and quickly, and while it may not offer any groundbreaking new features, it's streamlined view will be enough for some users tired of endless toolbars. We recommend this browser for anyone looking for something simple and basic that still treads through the Internet well.

Pros
Everything is extremely simple and pared down to a minimum, it's quick to load, very cute and fast enough for me. Out of this series of browsers I much prefer this one and the later Velo to the new Zeox Pro - this is being redeveloped though.
Cons
No proper history track - this would render this browser absolutely perfect IMO! Also, Runecats Velo is quicker. The latest version of this browser, 1.7, might have better features and run without the odd bug and slow start present in Zeox Pro 1.6.
Summary
I've been using Runecats Explorer for a while now and even though I've tried other browsers like Maxthon, Sleipnir, Firefox, Expedition etc, I always come back to it because of speed of loading on start up, nice interface, ease of use etc. It has very few bells and whistles but still manages to do whatever it's supposed to. I'm a fan! Try the various versions to see what works best on your system - 1.4 and Velo load very quickly, whilst Zeox and Zeox Pro have extra features but are slower loading on startup (I found they don't run as smoothly as the earlier versions sometimes either, though they're generally faster and the little features are useful). There will be a newer version of Zeox Pro coming out very soon though, so maybe all that will be ironed out.

If you want a web browser that is user friendly, secure, customisable, and fast then DON'T DOWNLOAD THIS WEB BROWSER because it is the complete opposite. Very disappointed with this software, it is waste of programming code and is offensive to real programmers like myself...

This is much better than previous versions, lots of new features, it looks alot better and it loads much faster.
Cons
It's takes a little bit of time to get used to it from other versions of runecats explorer.
Summary
Nice on the eyes, easy searching and surfing with nice unique features, makes my life easier.

The colors could be better but the have improved this on there next version which licker2 pointed out they have a new version V1.2 pro which so totaly rocks well done Runecats!

I must be fair to the publisher in saying that this Browser is fast and can open web pages but I disagree with him on everything else, such as it's worth downloading to start with...
I have no idea how it managed to get such a high ''user'' rating.
