CNET Editors' review
You can reduce the time you spend filling out Web forms and logging onto subscription sites with RoboForm. The version 6 update improved usability significantly and replaced the old, clunky autofill window with a less-obtrusive toolbar. If you don't like the standard toolbar placement, you can run it at the bottom of the browser instead. That's the standard placement for Mozilla-based browsers. The program uses encryption algorithms such as Blowfish and AES to protect your data and includes a password generator. You can set up multiple identities with different credit-card numbers, passwords, and contact information. The trial limits the tab instances on each identity to three, but you can make plenty of identities.
Our favorite feature is Login, which with one click will go to a Web page, fill in a form, and submit your information. The program handles check boxes and radio buttons and supports about 20 languages. The new Search field in the toolbar makes finding and accessing any information quick, and we appreciate support for hot keys. Besides returning matching logins and other RoboForm entries, the search box will offer to search Google, Yahoo, and the Merriam-Webster Dictionary for your term. RoboForm will save active Web users a lot of time.

From Siber Systems:
RoboForm makes logging into Web sites and filling forms faster, easier, and more secure. RoboForm memorizes and securely stores each user name and password the first time you log into a site, then automatically supplies them when you return. RoboForm's powerful Logins feature eliminates the manual steps of logging into any online account. With just one click RoboForm will navigate to a Web site, enter your username and password and click the submit button for you.
Completing long registration or checkout forms is also a breeze. Simply click on your RoboForm Identity and RoboForm fills-in the entire form for you. You no longer need to remember all your passwords. You remember one Master Password, and RoboForm remembers the rest. This allows you to use stronger passwords, making your online experience more secure. RoboForm uses strong AES encryption for complete data security.
The all new RoboForm 7 comes with Chrome and Safari browser support, iPhone/iPad and Android support, as well a brand new RoboForm Everywhere license for use on unlimited computers and mobile devices.
What's new in this version: Version 7.6 is a bug-fixing release.

"Roboform Everywhere becomes Roboform NOWHERE!!!"
Version: RoboForm 7.6
Pros
I have been a long time user of Standard Roboform and it was a good product. If I didn't renew, I didn't get the benefit of upgrades, but I continued to be able to use the product. Suddenly it has become Roboform NOWHERE!!!! See Cons below.
Cons
A glitch has happened in Roboform's system - it says I never activated a license I have been using for many months. With no prior warning, I was suddenly unable to access any of my passwords.
When I called tech support at 7:50pm (they close at 8pm), I waited on hold until 8:01pm at which point my call was promptly disconnected. I had a huge project I am working on late, and now I cannot access ANYTHING!!!Summary
They should be able to take away my access to EVERYTHING!!!!! My company and I are outta here!!!

"Works very well."
Version: RoboForm 7.6
Pros
All features of the program seem to work.
Cons
Only one. SLOW.
-
"RoboForm is secure and portable. Great on remote PCs."
Version: RoboForm 7.6
Pros
Integrates into all popular web browsers or can be used as stand-alone application. Offers optional Sync to store passcards on a web account. Works on thumb drive for privacy when away from home. Allows multiple profile settings. Latest version includes biometric fingerprint reader support in Windows 7.
Cons
If you are not logged in when you want to look at or edit passcard values, the visible pane to the left of the login section show the entire list of passcard names even though you can't see the login name and password for each one. Anyone not logged in can see all the names of the websites you save just seeing the passcard titles. Some web site names you might want to keep from others for privacy reasons.
Summary
It is a very useful application that I have used for many years without a problem. Includes assorted options and helper utilities to make it personalized to your needs.

"RoboForm continues as my favorite password protection"
Version: RoboForm 7.6
Pros
Since I have hundreds of sites I belong to and they all have a different password, this tool is indispensable for me because there is no way I could possibly memorize every login and every password I create. RoboForm does! I've renewed/upgraded a few times but it's still worth more than I've paid thus far.
Cons
One con I have found is the nag screen that comes up telling me that my master passwords are not the same for all logins and that I need to make it thusly (apparently they didn't get my suggestion to have a box to tick that says: Never remind me again about this! Other than that annoyance, I have no qualms about recommending this outstanding software.

"Must have!"
Version: RoboForm 7.6
Pros
Easy to install, easy to use, frequent free updates, and complete security. What's not to love?
Cons
Insists on putting the RoboForm task bar at the bottom of the Chrome browser. I prefer it at the top. Also, it's not easy to give RoboForm licenses as gifts to others.
Summary
I can't imagine my daily computing without RoboForm. It securely stores the login page, user ID, and password for all my websites. It also backs up all the data "in the cloud," at the RoboForm site, in case my local data get corrupted. It also holds my personal info, so completing online forms is a breeze. I've used it for years, and given it to my family and friends.

"Works pretty well but not everywhere"
Version: RoboForm 7.6
Pros
Works pretty well
Cons
Doesn't work everywhere
Summary
Doesn't work on some websites and I can't figure out how to use in Android 2.3 at all.
-
"Terrific program for storing and generating passwords."
Version: RoboForm 7.6
Pros
Been using it for nearly 10 years. Now offers sync with online database which facilites multiple computers by same user. Passwords are consistantly rated as excellent by those websites that offer such a service. Passwords are a combination of upper/lower case alpha and numeric characters. Passwords are automatically linked to appropriate web page. Can be used with multiple browsers, even on the same computer. Allows all passwords to be printed, which is recommended on at least a bi-weekly basis.
Cons
Cannot think of any!
Summary
Truly worth the money now being charged. Years ago, was free. Price is very fair and sync option well worth the price. Continually updated. Get it, you won't regret your purchase.

"Getting more complicated... Getting heavy.."
Version: RoboForm 7.6
Pros
Keeps ALL your passwords in one place. Even generates them.
Cons
Getting more and more complicated. Have used for over 5 years and almost dread an "update" warning. It not THAT cheap. WOULD LOVE TO HAVE ABILITY TO PRINT a concise password list. The printouts are big and bulky. Who wants to print 27 pages (in my case). BIG WEAKNESS is a neat and concise way to print my list.
Summary
Glad to have it. Hope it does not get more complicated. Hope they solve the PRINTOUT abilities and features.

"A great tool to remember all those passwords quickly."
Version: RoboForm 7.6
Pros
It remembers hundreds of passwords for me.
Cons
It can be difficult to add a new site from time to time, especially if I have it generate a new password.
Summary
Still the best password tool that I've found.
