RoboForm is an application that can assist you in speeding up your Internet experience by bookmarking sites and entering previously saved passwords.
As soon as you install RoboForm a toolbar will be added to your Web browser. The design is very sleek and it blends very well so that you hardly notice the addition. If you're always worried about forgetting the passwords for your favorite Web sites, this can be very helpful. It's relatively easy to figure out how to use most of the features, but there are also tutorial videos on the publisher's site (which will pop up after you install RoboForm). These are very helpful and show the steps clearly.
You will be able to save passwords, bookmark Web site addresses, and generate new passwords. RoboForm even does the job of logging in for you once you've set up all of the information needed. Our favorite feature is the Password Generator, since it makes it easier to regularly change passwords to keep your accounts safe. All of this data can either be saved on just your computer or both on your computer and online through syncing. You can set this up in the beginning or change it later.
You shouldn't encounter any problems during the download and installation process. You are required to close certain programs in order for it to continue installing correctly, so make sure you save any work before installing. We recommend this handy browser add-on for any user who spends a lot of time surfing the Web.

"A Real Gem"

Pros
Great program for managing passwords and logins plus easy to synch to multiple computers, tablets, cell phones (disclaimer haven't integrated with cell phone yet). I can attest first hand that it works well with IE Explorer 10 and Chrome. I also have used the Everywhere feature on the road on a hotels computer.
Cons
Documentation could be better. If one wants to accept the program at face value meaning one isn't interested in understanding where the data is stored, how it interacts with browsers, including using the everywhere component then the documentation is fine. Since I run so much of my life (investing, banking, insurance, paying bills, making traveling arrangements, etc.) on the computer I wanted to make sure that I completely understood the mechanization of the program. This wasn't necessarily well documented. As a side note, one doesn't necessarily need to concern themselves with this, but from my perspective the primarily vulnerability of using an application such as this is MIS USE. In other words, being careless about you set up the program and especially how one uses it on other computers.
Summary
Great program and I think it's well worth the $20 per year annual subscription. I would give it 5 stars if it came with better documentation.

Keeps track of passwords. Allows you to have a different password for each site logged into. Generates passwords so you don't have to. There is a version that executes from a USB device so that you can log on from different PCs.
Cons
A separate license for each PC or USB is required. However, extra licensees are sold at a discount.

Pros
It is fast, reliable, always available, and it has been on my computers for over a decade. Each update has just improved an already superior product. It makes me feel safer online because a hacker would have to crack a monstrous password to get at me from a business site, and all site passwords are different and constantly changing.
Cons
It may not be for a large family with kids because the pressure is always there to share your password. This can be especially bad for husband and wife. But then again welcome to the digital age.
Summary
To be safe I do not understand how anyone can be without it.

I've used RoboForm for years, and life is a lot easier with it! It fills in forms, logs me in to all my sites, and just cuts down on wasteful, redundant tasks on the computer. I recommend it highly!

Works very well when syncing between desktop, laptop, phone and tablets. Easy to use and update and works well with IE and Google browser.
Cons
Not a con, may just be user error, but haven't figured out how to get Roboform to be available when using browser on smartphone, have to start it as an app in order to be able to see data elements.
Summary
For a well rounded app that sync's on all the most popular formats it works very well. Roboform Everywhere is a definite MUST Have if you maintain a lot of web links and log ins.
