I ordered the product online and was told I'd receive further instructions 1-2 days after the purchase authorization. That was 6 days ago. Asking for a refund. If this is the support they provide for a new purchaser I'm not holding my breath they'd be helpful if I had questions after the purchase.

I would completely avoid this product (and personally any product from this fly-by-night company. Bought it for DTS audio conversion. It didn't work. Support sucks. I asked (repeatedly) for a return under their promised money-back guarantee. I never heard back from them on ANY of the three requests I made. These people don't deserve to be in business.

If you have thirty dollars to throw away, this is as good a hole as any.

My sole need for this program was to convert FLAC>MP3. This program does not do this. Well, it pretends to - the result is a high-pitched scatchy mess.Yes, I contacted support. No - they didn't answer. 30 bucks out the window.
Summary
It can't convert the two most popular formats of electronic music properly. Useless junk.

Wow! All I can say is..Wow....Sugoi! This program rocks. It's fast, and it does the job for you when it comes to extracting the audio file from a video file. The version River Past Audio Converter "5.1.3.40927" is rather inappropriate because River Past's latest realease, has the build name 6.12, so this announcement is rather outdated. Browse their websites for more information. Anyways, I have the Pro version and it's even better!

Well, if you want more features you need to get Pro. They could have put everything in one build instead of releasing two programs, one Lite or whatever, and one Pro version.

Great for extracting music or anything audio from a movie file into a mp3, wma, or ra file. It is fast and it gave me no problems.
