Nice product, but they must be out of business.

Pros
Great features, works as expected.
Cons
They'll charge your credit card when you go to activate the software, but you can't complete the process. Therefore, I've been charge $19, but the software still says TRAIL. I send an email to the support address, and got a delivery failure. :-(
Summary
If you can't buy it and can't get support for it; then CNET should remove it.
