Version: RealEstateToolBelt Mortgage Calculator 2
"Nice looking calculator and easy to use"
Pros: I have tried many freeware calculators on this site. This is one of the best ones. It also calculates additional monthly or yearly principal and escrow of taxes. I love the export and printout to Excel. I would definitely go with this one.
Cons: The only thing I can think of is that it takes 3-4 seconds to load for first time. After that it's fine.
