Its a great product considering the price of 950 INR or 30 USD per year.
But you do need a additional firewall preferrably from zone alarm or comodo. I would also suggest an additional antispyware like malwarebytes to foolproof your security.

malware scan is within 30 sec scanning even minute registry problems.
updates quick & constant
less resource consuming
native boot scan is highlight of this avCons
firewall of this company not that good... but u can uninstall or avoid or simply disable the fw.

it can detect any virus. If ur pc is infected wid virus and virus made some registry problems, quick heal can resolve all the problems during scan.

it must have better looks.
