CNET Editors' review
Greatly simplify using proxy connections with this handy Internet Explorer add-on. Proxy Toolbar for MSIE's primary interface is a fast check box and pull-down menu of proxies. Settings are easy to make on the multitab dialog options box. The program's Help file does a good job of explaining not only operation, but also proxies for the novice user.
Using Proxy Toolbar for MSIE couldn't be easier. You need only an address and port to add a proxy, or you can quickly import a CSV list of proxies. It's unfortunate that the documentation neglects to mention the proper format for the CSV file. The application tracks proxy response time to help users pick the fastest connection. You can enter URLs that will bypass all proxies, but you can't choose specific proxies to operate on select URLs.
You can easily set a proxy with IE, but Proxy Toolbar for MSIE makes setting and switching multiple proxies a snap. Any power IE user with a need for proxies should give this application a test run.

This proxy switcher is the best I've seen yet. It is fast, small and smart (the proxy per process!!)

"RUN!!"
Version: Proxy Toolbar for MSIE 1.2
Pros
???NONE???
Cons
After installation, the product supplies no basic directions for use. The "toolbar" was no where to be found on my web browser. It's probably some shady software with who knows what agenda...
