  Provided protection but no support. When it blocked my own website, I tried to adjust settings but it said my password was invalid. When I emailed for support, I received an email in Chinese and English saying that the TUEAGLES email was not valid.

  Pros

  This is the absolute best! Great software to block websites especially porn related.Have it installed on all my home computers.Great help files on their website for setting it up and configuring settings but it is pretty much straight forward.

  Cons

  Wasn't able to configure it so that it would email reports.

  It blocks ok just don't try to remove.

  Like a virus I can't get it to remove. Program uninstall doesn't work, control panel doesn't show it, and support told me to run c:\progra~1\tueagles\uninst.exe which won't run the uninstall.

  If anyone can help me get this thing off my PC i could really use the HELP!
