Easily set and easy to operate, this freeware quickly generates random passwords, but lacks expected options. Password List Generator's dialog-size interface makes do with just a few function buttons and a pair of text-box options. Even without a Help file, anyone can quickly figure out this app.
Operating Password List Generator takes a few clicks. You can choose to allow letters, numbers, or both. Unfortunately, you can't allow capital letters or symbols. It takes just a second to choose password length and number of passwords needed. Passwords are then generated with a button click. As it works, the app displays the number of passwords created and the number left to go. Afterward, it takes a button click to sort the list or another click to save the list to a text file.
If you don't mind the inability to add symbols or uppercase letters, this freeware can help any user generate a large number of random passwords.
