PG Real Estate--a ready-to-go script for creating a Real Estate Site. It can be easily set to satisfy your demands: on the one hand it can be a site for a separate Realtor or Real Estate Company, on the other hand - it is a ready-made Real Estate Portal providing services on Real Estate activities. The script has a flexible structure allowing you to manage your site via site administration panel. There are 4 property search options available: "looking to sell", "looking to lease", "looking to buy" and "looking to rent". You can turn off options "looking buy" and "looking to rent", if you plan to launch a site for an individual realtor or Real Estate company that is a site providing its visitors with only property for sale and property for lease. The listings may include not just images of properties but also video and photo files. Having set the exact address of the property, you will be able to view it on Yahoo Maps. If you use the system as Real Estate portal providing FSBO/Flat Fee listings website services, you can use any of 4 built-in paid services for your site members. You can choose a payment system for the site from the list of available preinstalled payment gateways. The following payment systems are included: Paypal, 2checkout, CCBill, Chronopay, Authorize.Net, E-Gold, USAepay, WorldPay, Paysat, E-sec, Ipos and other. The product is convenient for all site members, as well for site administrator: Smart interface - Professional design; Elaborate Administration system which doesn't require any specific knowledge--almost all site areas can be managed from there. Pilot Group guaranties free installation and support services.

Hope you never have to modify the source. Pilot Group's design is poor with most things thrown in collection of functions that seem, in some cases, random. Files are included by files that don't use them (regularly) , input is sanitized with only addslashes() and the comments in the source are nearly nonexistant.

Once you discover the whole thing was bastardized from dating software you realize the mistake of buying it.
We spent over $3,000 trying to get it rewritten enough to work and gave up as it was going to cost another 3k!
It's structure and coding is a total mess and an absolute nightmare!
We got a mail today saying the new version for 2010 was out and so figure maybe give it another go and try to recoup on the losses in time and money...
Guess what they want $230 for the upgrade!
My advice - avoid this software like the plague and avoid the money grabbing no good outfit behind the crappy code...
