It can be used to clean off most of the annoying software that is typically shipped with newer PCs.

"Just what's needed for a new machine"
Pros: Easy to use, and does just what it says it does.
Cons: When deleting trial MS Office 2007, it also deleted some elements of Office 2000 that I had installed and wanted. But easily fixed.
