Nice to see small HRM program that doesn't take acres of disk space.
Cons
If you visit their website, it claims 30 days free of hosted service - this is not free because more than likely you need to subscribe to other services inorder to keep the software running. Be careful.

Should be perfect if the software offered Performance Module. But seems they offer customization and it can be added.
Summary
The software seems to be great. I did not experienced any problem so far. Most of the features works and fit the majority needs of Small and Middle size companies. Because of the price (free), features and performance I would say is the best HR Software currently available.
