• This software is horrible.

  Pros

  Cheap. But it should be free, and even then take a pass on it.

  Cons

  You have to get pretty far into it only to discover it can't do your state. It frequently looses ALL of your input. Oh, and they say they won't bill you until you are satisfied, but I gave up on it early on, and 12 hours later it's on my credit card statement. The pricing is VERY confusing, if you go to their website you have a $7.95 and a $14.95 option right next to each other that offer the EXACT same features. The software is too simplistic for anything remotely complicated taxwise, and questions are answered within 5 days! Or so they say.

  Summary

  I very much regret leaving these folks with my SS# and my credit card number.

  Can't think of any - Same price as Turbo tax

  Cons

  Cannot save tax forms, errors occur quite frequently when trying to enter information, poorly laid out, no help what so ever, do not buy,I repeat - do NO BUY

  Summary

  Why the IRS would have this product on there recommended list is beyond me - it is terrible. I cannot urge you enough NOT to buy this software - it is a headache from the get go.

  Pros

  I've had my taxes prepared by these guys for the past few years and their service is wonderful! VERY cheap compared to TurboTax and H&R Block. Highly Recommend!
