With Norton Ghost, users can now create backup images without restarting their computer or exiting Windows through the product's hot imaging technology. Imaging takes place in the background without interruption, allowing users to continue work on their system as the backup takes place. Users also benefit by saving valuable time and storage space with Norton Ghost's incremental backup and restore feature. Once an initial image of a hard drive is completed, users can make future backups incrementally - updating only the files and information that have changed rather than backing up the entire hard drive again. In the event it is necessary to restore data, users can choose to restore the entire system or just specific files or folders.

"So disgusted with Norton Ghost and their policy."
Pros: I They want to charge me for phone support or email them and wait till they respond by mail... F that! I just paid $69.99 for a program that doesn't install and you would think they would give me help over the phone for free.
Cons: 1. No free phone support. 2. High price of $69.99. 3. You only get free email support.
purchased Ghost 14.0 and after a half hour trying to start the install it just gives me errors saying to reinstall and doesn't see the C: drive.Summary: The bottom line is don't waste your time and money. The way they sell their software is to only give you a few that you want in one disk and you have to buy another disk to get the one other software you want. NO FREE PHONE SUPPORT! Cons: Slow, cumbersome, froze during back up.
