  Pros

  I really can think of nothing positive to say about it

  This is the worst piece of software I have ever seen I am tempted to switch to Apple. MS dynamic is not compatible with IE11 confirmed by a Microsoft employee! Outlook continually shuts down the add on link to Dynamic to the point where the main feature of the troubleshooting option to enable MS Dynamic add on. The off-line feature is a joke it does not work and forget any other mobile option. This is s%&t software they should be embarrassed, when is google coming out with an office suite of products!!

  Summary

  Do not invest in this software; small companies will never have the resources to make it work and large companies will have the resources to make the determination that MS Dynamic actually does not work after they have flushed 100's of thousands of dollars down the drain. I thought I was alone until I spoke with a lead software implementation engineer with a major financial company in our area they have 5 on site microsoft people working along side of their 100 person department and they can not get MS Dynamic CRM to work either!!! Here I thought it was just me this is crap software!!!!!!!!!!! I HATE IT not dislike it I HATE IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
