"Comic Studio-in-a-box!"
Version: Manga Studio EX 4.0
Pros
This is the best software for comic book creation, offering everything you need from creating a page layout to drawing traditional-looking comic books with crisp clean ink outline and vibrant colors!
Cons
If you don't need 3D import and losless vector drawing you can go with the lite version and save ca, $200. I don't see any other cons ;-)
Summary
Excellent, innovative, and quite limitless, from start to finish. Combined with a digital tablet MS4 is The Best tool for full-digital comic artists. You can forget pencil drawing, scanning and cleaning sketches, and actually feel total freedom with this software, which I find extremely flexible and as good as Photoshop, when it comes to tools and brushes.

"good, but it crashes."
Version: Manga Studio EX 4.0
Pros
loved how smooth the lines are, a lot of interesting options for shading. extremely easy to use.
Cons
crashes a lot. gets a bit frustrating, especially when your nearly done an illustration..
from what i can tell there is only one file format available to save it? i'm not sure if that has to do with the trial or because i didn't find itSummary
would be perfect if it didn't crash so much
