From Arclab Software Technologies :MailList Controller is an e-mail mailing list and marketing solution designed to send out personalized messages, manage multiple mailing lists, newsletters, campaigns, e-zines, announcements, support, and group mails. The program runs on your desktop, workstation, or server. The WYSIWYG editor allows you to create personalized rich-text (HTML) messages or you use your default mail client. Other features are: Web form requests, single and double opt-in, SSL authentication, queries, ODBC support, linked lists, returned message detection. The Free version is limited to 1 list with 100-recipients. Version 7.2 is a service release.

"Free=100 subscriber list maximum!!!!"
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Free version is limited to one subscriber list AND emails to only 100 subscribers!!!
Summary: It wasn't expressly stated that they would limit the number of emails sent in the free version.

Pros: Does every thing as advertised. Ran several test emails and all delivered. The test hotmail account went straight to junk folder, that was a hotmail thing not the program.
Cons: A minor thing - would be nice if allowed more than 100 email address on the free version.
Summary: Will need to know a little amout setting up email, do need an in and out server name when setting up for first time. The out server does auto check to use same server as in so do not have to re type/paste out server. For a free program, is nice. ... read more >>

"I am thoroughly satisfied with this product. Will buy."
Pros: So far from what I've seen it does absolutely everything you would want in an email program.
Cons: Obvious, free version is limited but it still operates well.
Summary: I have been scouring the internet to find an email solution that you don't have to pay a monthly fee for. THIS IS IT. It is more powerful than most of those paid services like 1shoppingcart etc. I am ecstatic to have found such a powerful program.

Version: MailList Controller Free 7.2
Pros: Setup was easy with wizard, easy to import list from .csv files and other formats; nice features--used with organization newsletter.
Cons: Three lists would be nice for the free version, which is limited to one list. Minor complaint.
Summary: Nice program for my purposes. I never used it before; sent out my e-mailing from setup to send in about 1/2 hour, including learning curve. Not bad...
