Start with a song you've downloaded from the Internet, music services, or extract a song from any music CD. Magic Vocal Remover can reduce or remove vocals from any MP3 songs. Using sophisticated waveform sound inversion software technology, centered vocals without echo will be stripped away, and centered vocals with echo or reverb will be reduced automatically. Any remaining vocals provide a pleasing backup vocal effect. Your original recording must be in stereo and vocals need to be in the center of the stereo track; vocals on the left and right sides are not removed. After reduction or elimination of the centered vocals, you can write the music to a new CD, and use it in any karaoke machine, stereo, or portable player.

It works if you know what you're doing.
Cons
It's the exact same plugin that comes with Audacity (Which is and always will be free) packed into an EXE and sold for $25. I don't even think this is legal. Also, you rarely get high-quality results from this.
Summary
Don't but this. If you want instrumental songs, Google them. Try phrases like "instrumental," "karaoke," or "DDR/Dance Dance Revolution." I recommend a MediaFire crawler. If you absolutely cannot find it that way, use Audacity's plugin. You'll get the same result.

Cons
The developers of this software do themselves a disservice by only removing the first 30 seconds of vocals in the demo version. Few songs have any lyrics at all during that lead-in. I have no idea if this works.
Summary
Buyer beware. If you can't test it out, I wouldn't risk buying it.
