  Pros

  I read a lot of poorly formatted files and I love the fact that this program not only has several presets for cleaning up common formatting problems, it allows you to fix problems while you read. It answers almost every need.

  It doesn't appear to still be in development.

  Summary

  This program combines some basic functions of notepad with a number of ebook specific formatting options like connect broken lines and/or paragraphs, remove extra spaces, and remove page numbers. It allows editing while reading in a fully customizable 2 page layout. It makes the job of getting a messy OCRed book into shape quick and easy. What used to take me 3 programs and many hours is now done in 20 minutes. This is the best ebook tool of any sort that I have ever used.

  Pros

  You can finally read hard to read formats like text files. You can costumize the size of the text and color, even change the background color. You can bookmark the last page you read too.
