I found this prog searching for a player that has control on audio offset.. It does! and it playes also smoothly, browsing is, and full control on aspect ratio is brilliant!
Cons
The user interface, it takes you some time to find things, and buttons are also bit too small. After 15 minutes since u download it anyways u'll love it!
Didn't manage, though, to adjust color controls either using or notusing overlay..
But one can always adjust colors independently with proggies like "gamma panel" (i didn't write it, just found it tonight;-).

There are lots of things to love about this program. It plays almost everything, has lots of features(although that can be a little confusing for some),it's small, it's free and has no adware. It is a little buggy, but you can download the latest version from its site, together with lots of cool skins.
Cons
The subtitles. This player can add subtitles to your movie(other than those found on the DVD).This apparently cool feature proved to be somewhat of a problem for me, because I could neither chage the subtitles (it only shows the English subtitles), nor turn this feature off. The player has no help button or any other instructions and you can't get any support from its web site: it sends you to a forum which is entirely in Czech.
If anyone can tell me how to get rid of the subtitles or change them, I am willing to change the rating to 5 stars and thank them very much. Other than this problem I think this is a near perfect player.

I just got error messages and a zillion error windows popping up when i tried to play a video. And the program doesn't seem to be made for the average person who just wants to play their videos.
