From Hermann Schinagl:
Link Shell Extension(64-bit) provides for the creation of hardlinks, junctions, volume mount points, Vista's symbolic links, and a folder cloning process that utilities Hardlinks or Symbolic Links. Link Shell Extension, as its name implies is implemented as a Shell extension and is accessed from Windows Explorer, or similar file or folder managers. The extension allows the user to select one or many files or folders, then using the mouse, complete the creation of the required links such as hardlinks, junctions or Symbolic Links or in the case of folders to create clones consisting of hard or symbolic links.
This is a really easy to use and powerful utility. I installed it on Windows 7 without any problems. Created a Junction to sync a folder with google drive. Lots of options and good documentation. Highly recommend!
