  Loses items. Scrambles images and item descriptions. Customer Support is worthless. They don't respond to reports and requests for assistance.

  Summary

  Do not buy this. It looks great but it is not worth the aggravation caused when you can't review your items. I entered 149 movies, saving along the way. When I went back to review them, they were scrambled. There were wrong images with every single item. It was like the program shifted the image and info by one or two entries. It also lost of 12 items and showed them as a grey blank with "new movie" as the name of the item. I have written to their support team twice to see if I had done something wrong but the have not responded. The only thing I've gotten from them is the auto reply advising that they are training a new support team. STAY AWAY from this piece of trash.

  Can't easily scan books and CDs by webcam to add to collection

  Summary

  Took me about 2 minutes to discover that this would be no joy. Can't simply hold up an item to webcam for scanning and adding to collection.

  ...well-priced application<br />This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />This app handles books, movies, music. It imports data from amazon (and a wide range of other sources), handles a library-lending function, integrates with OS X well (addressbook etc.). In short it is a well written, reliable media database. I recommend it. It is possibly not as attractive as its delicious competition, but it has shown a much more reliable and prompt development path.
