Design Web pages in real time without the need of Firebug or Dev Tools.

Everybody use the HTML inspector of Firebug or Dev Tools to design and tweak their web pages (or WordPress) with live preview.

But the problem is that the html/css changes you made inside Firebug are not saved to your source code, you reload the page and your changes will lost, unless you manually copy the changes back to your html/css source code in your text editor.

LIVEditor exists to solve this very problem.

LIVEditor's solution is combining a text editor, a Webkit-based browser and a Firebug-inspired html/css inspector into a single software, so that in a single window, you'll have synced code editor and browser, you can inspect applied css styles and you edit your html/css/js code directly.
