"Basic auction sniper."
Version: JoyBidder eBay Auction Sniper Free 1.6.11
Pros
It works. It shows you the bid history of the item it's tracking (or last tracked). The one time I tried it, I set a $10 snipe for 30s before the end, and it said I was outbid by someone 1399ms ahead of me.
Cons
If your computer has gone to sleep, won't wake it up to snipe. Can track only one auction at a time. Every time you start it, it tells you the pro edition doesn't have those (and other) limitations.
Summary
Well worth the (zero) price, but you're likely sooner or later to need more capabilities, as in Jaybidwatcher (available at the same price but only for Windows).
My error: Jbidwatcher is not just for Windows.
