Ideal Body Weight Calculator offers several interactive calculators along with guidelines for a healthier lifestyle, but the one-session demo version doesn't give you much chance to evaluate them.
You don't need to install the program--just run its EXE file. Ideal Body Weight Calculator's interface provides standard navigational buttons that make it easy to flip through the guide. Numerous calculators help determine ideal body weight, body fat percentage, and more, and the program supports metric and US measures. Ideal Body Weight Calculator includes general health and fitness advice and information, but unlike other health and nutrition programs, it doesn't offer meal or exercise planners. The one-session trial limit is the biggest negative, however, and it seems overly restrictive. Even so, this app can benefit any user making those preliminary steps towards better health.
