Excellent product for research

Pros
If you are a graduate student like me you will find this product very useful. It has pretty much every feature you could need to collect and organize your bibliography, organize your notes and ideas on categories and projects, and make reading lists. You can write the whole paper in the program by adding notes together to form a coherent text and then cross-reference your notes to other projects. The nice thing is that it keeps a list of where and how many times you cited an article so that you can recoup your bibliography later.
Cons
The citation styles need some reconfiguring.

Pros
Has most of the features I would want in a personal information management system. Not many bugs.
Cons
Doesn't integrate with PDF format very well / at all. Most information has to be entered by hand instead of point-n-clicking from a web page or PDF. "Cryptic" interface.
