It has emoticon support, skins, Full DCC Support, easy to setup for Multi Servers, with a very easy to use Server Tree. IceChat is in constant development, and is aimed at the Beginner to Intermediate IRC User. Version 7.63 has minor updates and fixes some bug.

Version: IceChat IRC Client 7.63
Pros: It's been a while since I've used IRC but this one seems pretty intuitive and easy to use. I have no complaints. Memory usage is low as well as install size.
