  It has the ability to change the IP address without disturbing any of the other running programs.

  It doesn't work on Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8.

  Didn't try because my anti-spyware program detected the spyware named 'Tiny Spy Agent' so i discontinued the installation.

  I was able to identify the IP address of a computer using this software while surfing my site. Not good if privacy is what you are looking for!
