IP Changer 2.0 doesn't requires system rebooting when you change desktop or notebook's TCP/IP even though your system's OS is windows 9X or ME. It can change your desktop's network setting only by one-click and also supports static IP and DHCP.

  Cons: I was able to identify the IP address of a computer using this software while surfing my site. Not good if privacy is what you are looking for!

  IP Changer

  contains spyware 'Tiny Spy Agent'

  Cons: Didn't try because my anti-spyware program detected the spyware named 'Tiny Spy Agent' so i discontinued the installation.

  Cons: Does not work at all. impossible to configure any ip addresses. does not store parameters
