Home Surveillance is a small, free software for monitoring local and network cameras. You can also record video and take snapshots. Home Surveillance allows to record video and take snapshots from webcams and IP cameras. The recorded videos and snapshots can be reached by pressing the "Recordings" button, which opens an appropriate folder in Explorer's window.
