Summary: The scanner is rocognized by the computer, but is not recognized by the scan software. It is error ridden and useless. Think again before buying an HP scaner.

"hp has no customer support that is worthwhile"
Summary: we have wasted 100's of hours with this scanner. Hp will never see us buying any more of their products, their lack of support and indifference is incredible.
