  Simple interface, even dummies can use. Loads of Information, yes organized with the cleanliness of a Database. Sketches/figures for description

  Provides a very simple interface, and no doubt this is what i had been looking for. No links to some other websites which annoy u with their to-be-purchased stuff. A simple click will tell u all about that exercise I have just purchased dumbells but can't go to gym to learn how to do the exercises. This is what I had been looking for.
