The program supports drag-and-drop and can resume broken downloads, and accelerate download speed by up to 5 times. You can start multiple recursive P2P, FTP, FTPS, SSL, SFTP, SSH, HTTP, HTTPS, BitTorrent, and FXP site to site downloads. Beginners who never worked with FTP clients will become familiar with FTP by using an easy to use Connection Wizard. Home users will find useful the support of BitTorrent and other P2P protocols. Advanced users will appreciate the reliability of working with SFTP and FTPS protocols.
What's new in this version: Version 1.8.1.1 adds a feature to edit files directly on a server. Global Downloader will use the text editor that you setup and prefer to use on your computer. It's easy now to edit web sites with Global Downloader.

Immediately after I downloaded this program, my antivirus detected a trojan virus called TR/PSW.Stealer.2273681. Beware!

easy-to-understand interface, it's secure, it transfers files quickly. It also has a small installer size.
