  Works out of the box, works with long path names, copies permissions, and affordable, workstation and server are the same price

  Cons

  does not work on windows XP.

  Summary

  It is certainly the best migration software program and works just like Secure Copy but even much faster.

  Pros

  - I have never seen multithreading copy like that before. They actually show the threads of files as they copy. - Long path support... Almost nobody could support long path name when we were searching. GuruSquad really did well with this product. - Copy open files

  Cons

  - Does not support Linux

  GS RichCopy 360 is really a great utility to have if you are looking to copy massive amount of data from one place to another. It is really scalable, powerful, and works like a charm.

  We needed a data migration software for our servers. gs richcopy 360 was really the winner out of 15+ data migration software we evaluated.
