"Great Product, Simple yet has the right features."
Pros: Nice look and feel, simple is what got me.

"Admin interface is not admin friendly"
Pros: Not much, it is simple to the point of being unusable.
Cons: Too hard to administer users, there is no way to manage clients. I was unable to update a ticket assigned to me as an employee.
Summary: It needs a bit more functionality to be helpful to a real helpdesk
