Admin interface is not admin friendly

Pros
Not much, it is simple to the point of being unusable.
Cons
Too hard to administer users, there is no way to manage clients. I was unable to update a ticket assigned to me as an employee.
Summary
It needs a bit more functionality to be helpful to a real helpdesk
Great Product, Simple yet has the right features.
