Pretty good tool to turn swf to gif or avi. It's free!
Cons
1. No sound (well, it's free! If you need sound too, try magic Swf2avi) 2. Yeah. A help file or manual may be needed with the package. Here are the steps: a. open a swf file b. click capture frames c. click "save to GIF" or "AVI" (if you have photos in the swf, click the true color for better results, but the avi size would be pretty big.).
