You can add text watermarks or logos on images, with the ability to change the color and transparency of your stamps, and, surprisingly, determine their exact placement on the images. It supports all popular image formats, including JPEG, GIF, BMP, PNG, PCX, TIFF, WMF, EMF, and WBMP. Version 2.6.7 includes unspecified updates.

Middle class resizer

Pros
In my opinion, this resizer is not from the best and it is expensive for its class. Decreasing the size of the original picture you may find it average, but when you encrease it the result stands lower than you would expect, as the encreased picture loses a lot of details and clarity.
Cons
I would propose anyone to try "EasyImage batch 2", which is maybe the best around, very simple in use, and costs much less.
Summary
Photo quality is poor on increasing sizes of high quality images.
