Pretty good tool to turn swf to gif or avi. <p>It's free!
Cons
1. No sound (well, it's free! If you need sound too, try magic Swf2avi) <p>2. Yeah. A help file or manual may be needed with the package. <p>Here are the steps: <p> a. open a swf file <p> b. click capture frames <p> c. click "save to GIF" or "AVI" <p> (if you have photos in the swf, click the true color for better results, but the avi size would be pretty big.).
