CNET Editors' review
Generations of women have attempted confusing calculations and tools to predict their cycle and fertility details. Fortunately, Femta Ovulation Calendar provides one of the easiest ways to track this information so every woman can get an accurate picture.
This program looks like a normal desktop calendar when first viewed. However, a simple trip through the setup wizard will quickly get users on their way. Simply input the date of your last period and the program does all of the calculating. Your ovulation days are marked specifically on every month, providing a clear picture of your cycle. In addition, the calendar also highlights your fertility days, lactation days, and more.
The most impressive features of the Femta Ovulation Calendar are its charts. Easy-to-read bar charts below the months tell you quickly which days you are most likely to conceive, least likely to conceive, and even the best days to try for a boy or a girl.
The Femta Ovulation Calendar also proves very flexible. There are options allowing users to adjust the color and composition of the bar charts for a customizable look. In addition, the program also allows for inputting your period if it falls on a different day than the computer scheduled it.
Overall, this is a great download that appeals to anyone curious about tracking her cycle, but it could also be a powerful tool for women interested in getting pregnant or preventing pregnancy.

"Every few months all the data disappears."
Version: Femta: Woman's Calendar 3.1
Pros
When it works, it uses statistics of prior periods to project the ovulation calendar. Outdated, but intuitively clear interface.
Cons
Save your database regularly. It crushed on me 3 times in one year. The program does not back up the database automatically. The first time it happened, it was very bad, because the data of about 4-5 months just disappeared, never to be found again.
Summary
Save your data regularly. I'd say, at this level of (un)reliability, it is not worth buying.

"hmmm.. i dunno good and bad"
Version: Femta: Woman's Calendar 3.1
Pros
seems easy on the system resources
Cons
not really user friendly
i wish it had a reminder or some sort of pop-popSummary
something seems off about this. Like its both too simple and complicated at the same time.i feel like the interface seems a bit archaic and that we've evolved but at the same time all the other's i've tried seem worst.

"Easy to use and accurate!"
Version: Femta: Woman's Calendar 3.1
Pros
A number of graphs and charts, detailing fertile periods and safe/unsafe times to have sex (unsafe or safe, depending on whether you want to get pregnant :) )
Cons
Could be a little more graphically up-to-date, but it's not that big of a deal
Summary
After entering several of my cycles, Femta has done a great job of predicting ovulation and menstruation for subsequent cycles. There are a lot of other services on the web that provide this information with text, but I like being able to see the fertility charts
