CNET Editors' review
This impressive weight-training design program requires you to slog through a number of input fields before you get to the good stuff. FWD Gym Feedback Weight-training Designer's elementary-looking interface gives few clues on how to start. Click Directions, and the program launches a wizard to create a customized training plan. You'll be asked to enter information including body measurements, eating habits, equipment availability and target muscles, among other things. Once you've completed the fields, prepare to be awed. The detailed training program sheet displays selected exercises for specified muscle groups and impressively presents exercises with wire-like animated figures. Printable feedback sheets are made after the training session. Additionally, you can load the training program onto a Palm. However, you can only record results of one session per day, the program doesn't include a comprehensive help file, and it uses a hefty 61MB of system memory. Despite the software's drawbacks, users serious about weight-training will be pumped up by this comprehensive application.Publisher's Description
From PhySys:
Successful weight training has to be a very structured behavior, yet allow immediate feedback and adjustment to the daily regimen. A well-designed interactive training plan provides continuous improvement in your performance. No matter how motivated you are, if you go to the gym without a well-designed training plan (one developed with a long term view), you won't receive maximum gain.
While you can make a very good training plan by yourself and it can be quite rewarding, however, no matter how clever you are, generating a training plan each day is time-consuming and hard work. (It's easy work if you don't care about the quality). Also, it is very difficult to objectively measure and adjust your performance each and every day. FWD lives up to the task by providing you with exact directions for training and nutrition that are adjusted by your feedback data everyday.

"This software was very easy to use"
Version: FWD Gym with Gymless 2.1.1
Pros
I really liked this software It was easy to use and as you worked out more the graphs that printed beside the each exercise showed progress and really helped with motivation. I also liked the fact that the program picked the best exercises for your goals, however if your progress stalled it will change up the exercised..... also I liked the fact that I did not have to think about my workout...... too bad they do not make it for a Mac.
Cons
I did not like the fact that I had to enter body measurements once a week.... I did not take body measurements once a week, but I had to enter false data to get the program to work.....
