This application maintains your health-related information and offers extensive virtual training for a full-body workout. Exlib's well-designed interface displays four areas: diary, programs, reports, and library. After installation, you'll notice two windows on your desktop, one of which doesn't function properly. The window titled Exlib-Diary lets you log information such as your measurements, medications taken, injuries sustained, and any other information you'd like to note on its calendar. You'll be able to define your exercise programs and view reports of your progress. Its library of full-body workouts is quite impressive and includes footage of the proper execution of each exercise, explaining Exlib's hefty download size. Although the trial version doesn't save your information for more than a day, you'll get the gist of its ability. If body conditioning is your thing, this utility lends a helping hand at staying organized.

At least it didn't have a virus.
Cons
I'd like to relay Pros or Cons but, of the hundreds of download.com programs I've tried over the years, this was the first one that was so completely crappy, I couldn't get it to run. Wow.
Summary
If you'd like to waste your time, please feel free to go ahead. If I can't get the trial to work (even once), there's no way I'd actually *pay* for it....

Pros
The best feature of the program is that it shows visually the muscle that will be developed by a particular exercise. Also it gives detailed information on the nature of a comprehensive lists of exercises.
Cons
Some exercises do not have any info which shows that the program is incomplete.
Summary
Recommended for any workout lover.
Excellent software, fantastic design, extremely easy to use.

Pros
The overall design is very good, and makes the software very easy to use. The library section (included in the download) is excellent. It gives you a written description of the exercise, shows you a video, and a muscle diagram is showing you all the muscles involved in the specific exercise.
