I purchased this product $29.00 Lost my money!!! 1 day after buying and tiring it it messed up my computer, so i ask for my refund and it clearly stats on there site they will refund guaranteed 8 week, after 30 phone calls and sent over 50 emails i got a response they said they would give it to the finance dept, been 6 weeks no response im out my money.Y WOULD CNET KEEP THESE RIPOFFS ON HERE?
Adina is fast at replying - that's about it.....would love to hear back from their "help" desk though.
System is WORSE now than when installed. Does NOT correct installer problems. Following system scan and "repair" an immediate scan SHOWS THE SAME ERRORS! Constant emails only get a courtesy reply from "Adina" with a promise of "One of our technician's will get back to you shortly with a solution". This has been going on for MONTHS! Save your money. Wish I had never heard of them.
Save your money. 1st generation product that cannot deliver. Emails only get a reply from customer service rep - NO SERVICE TECH replys. Get the feeling this is a basement operation.
Did get rid of the inbox toolbar - whichis pure malware that sneaks past all virus programs disguised as a toolbar but just try to get rid of it! [Which is I've learned to look down the WHOLE screen before downloading anything for those tiny little checkboxes that say 'make this my default browser' or 'install Program X'- some downloads hide these waaaay at the bottom of the page, plus I read the ENTIRE TOS for hidden malware agreements]
Nothing else was able to rid my system of this nuisance. However, even after ErrorExpert got rid of the toolbar I still see this listed as a needed 'fix'.
Other than getting rid of the Inbox Toolbar malware the rest of the program's a total waste. Their 'Startup Manager' doesn't remove any startup programs permanently - just 1x. DO NOT USE their Registry cleaner - I saw what it wanted to get rid of & I was shocked- most of my key programs were on the list - like Norton 360, Office 10 etc. along with 1159 other registry 'errors'! I shut it down b4 it could start 'cleaning'.
FYI there are NO safe registry cleaners: all are extremely dangerous & a 'use at your own risk' product!I bought CNETs #1 pick one year & it corrupted my HDD in 2 wks flat & I lost all my data. Each run thru takes out more vital registry entries.
Don't trust a 'Windows Gold Seal'if you see it! It means ZIP per Microsoft. "It doesn't mean Microsoft's ok'd the program or the program's safe. It only means someone took a 'course' in basic Microsoft. Microsoft has nothing to do w/these & do NOT warranty them at ALL - read the TOS.".[Microsoft quote]
Unlesss you need to get rid of Inbox toolbar, skip this junk. It's dangerous, useless & a total waste of money & time. FYI I got mine FREE by refusing to buy it the first time. Instead I got to pick something else from an intermediary - so I bought a 2.99 toddler ABC-123 flashcard game for my 17 mos old g'daughter. At least I got THAT for my money. Had I spent 29.95 for Error Expert I'dve been really upset!
There is no pro!
It didn't fix my issues & after a month of trying to contact them, they're still not refunding my money back to me. My emails have gone unanswered!!!!
Short & simple...don't buy cause' it doesn't work & you won't have the headache of trying to get your money back!
It worked exactly as advertised!
Haven't come across any but haven't used all of the features.
I've been sweating over a code 39 error that rendered both my optiical drives unusable. No matter what I did, update drivers, uninstall-reinstall, recover from previous points - nothing worked and I was about to reinstall windows when I though I'd give this software a try for $29. One click on the Fix Code 39 button, restart and everyting wa back to normal. Thanks you Error export!
absolutely NOTHING, ....don't buy.
This is as close to a scam as you can get. They will not issue me a refund after having downloaded for less than 6 hours. This system will CAUSE major errors on YOUR system...that's why it is called error EXPERT. DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR EVEN THINK OF IT.
Erased all my desktop shortcuts; erased my desktop wallpaper and screensaver; deleted and caused multiple errors in my files and PC; caused more fragments in my files than it cured; slowed me down and ppissssed me off big time. and finally, ignores my emails to get my money back.
well i cant it messed up my pc
same thing it messed up my p.c
i cant say hoe good it is becouse i could noy use it
nothing. Lousy product, lousy service.
everything. Lousy product, lousy service.
After I tried the program and my error did not get resolved I tried to contact the company for the refund they guaranteed and after 3 emails over a 1 week period still got no response. Their service is as lousy as the product.
I'm impressed! Fast response and excellent service... You don't see a lot nowadays! It worked like a charm.! I now also understand what I did wrong when trying to solve this problem myself.
