CNET Editors' review
Good backup utilities that combine maximum user friendliness with excellent functionality and some helpful extras take the chore out of an essential duty. When all that comes for free, the excuse to blow off backups wears thin. Easeus Todo Backup is just such a free backup and restore utility. Like any good backup tool, it will back up your entire system's current state, data, settings and all, or just what you want it to, including partitions or full disks, and restore your computer in the event of a hard-disk crash or other calamity. Its Disk Cloning feature will help you migrate your operating system and data to a new hard disk when it's time to replace the old one. You can also use it to create bootable CD-ROMs using either Linux or the powerful Windows Pre-installation Environment (PE), which is a big improvement over MS-DOS.
Two things set Todo Backup apart from many other backup utilities (three things, if you count that it's free): its easy-to-use interface and its wizard-based operation. Colorful, large, clearly labeled buttons and icons make it easy for even new computer owners to use, a big plus because they need protection the most yet are usually inexperienced at securing it. The program walks users through its operations and explains each step with detailed instructions, augmented by a good Help file for further assistance.
Todo Backup is freeware and is certified for Windows 7. It downloads as a compressed file but extracts, installs, and opens without fuss.

"After one week of use - LOVE IT!"
Version: Easeus Todo Backup Free 4.0.0.2
Pros
Easy to use, reliable, faster than the previous proudct I replaced this with. The download site was a little confusing but I am glad I persisted. Once downloaded, it installed quicly and easily. It runs just fine and has all the features of an expensive product I previously used. I set up and run multiple backups for multiple drives - including external drives for offsite storage. I did checks on the backups and the stored data is easy to get to, even in compressed mode. I have only used the product about one week but it appears to be one of the best products I have found. I really like this product.
Cons
As noted above, the download site was confusing but the product itself at this point does not show an negitive features. I read a number of reviews before downloading and had none of the problems some of the users cited.
Summary
Execellent product that is easy to use and still offers a high level of functionality for running multiple backup secenerios. BTW - I also find C-net one of the best cites for finding and evaluating useful products. (No - they did not pay me, I just like giving credit where it is due.) It is not a question of IF you will have a system crash, but only WHEN. If you do not understand the need for a good reliable backup tool, you will someday. This product does the job in an easy and reliable way.

"Jan8 2012 Back up MY DELL & HP no prob BUT NO DUAL boot"
Version: Easeus Todo Backup Free 4.0.0.2
Pros
Was a bit confusing at first because you have to copy to a disk cd/dvd first then boot the disk. BUT otherwise worked great perfect copy of single OS on C drive
Cons
Was Painfully slow, few hrs for about 12GB on a DELL Inspiron 1100 notebook with 20GB HD 2.2GHz Pentium4, 1GB Ram. AND 5 hrs for HP core2 Quad 2.3GHz, 8GB RAM, 7200 RPM 1TB HD (copied about 60GB) to a 5400RPM 1TB drive. Also Had a dual boot on the HP original Drive that no longer works on EITHER Drive now, the 2nd OS. It messed up the secondary OS and I could not find a repair for it. Tried many things to no avail.
Summary
Fairly easy, Copies very well if no errors on YOUR DRIVE & NO DUAL BOOT. Takes about an hour per 10GB on a FAST MACHINE. You need to watch/keep an eye on the copy process or "Check mark" proceed regardless of errors, otherwise it will wait for ever for you to answer about the read error. Best to do this on a NEW & clean install so you have no errors or bad files. The system will restart if you "Quit" the program and a message before you quit says you can only use one of the two drives. I just clicked done as if to make another copy and then turned off the PC.
