"Caused numerous crashes, BSODs."
Pros: Free, but useless.
Cons: Caused numerous crashes, BSODs. I'd never trust it. I wanted to copy a partition from one disk to another. It never did it and computer needed multiple restart attempts to properly start. I hope the computer has not suffered in the long-term.
Summary: Don't waste time trying it.

"Exactly what I was looking for."
Pros: This allows me to make a backup of an entire drive, as is, but also mount the image an external HD and copy files back to a clean install.
Cons: to really get the best use out of this program you need to know how to add it to a "Ultimate boot CD for Windows" disc. Its easy, but not everyone wants to bother with it.
Summary: Best tool I've found, better then Ghost and LiveState Recovery for what I need. I do a lot of computer work for people and on the biggest issues I have to deal with is saving all of their personal information before formatting and reinstalling thei... read more >>

"not what I thought it was, doesnt do what I wanted"
Pros: sorry but there is nothing I like except the ease to uninstall it
Cons: dont like any part of the programe

Pros: ease of installation and uninstall
Cons: was looking for a program to copy specific files to a=n external back- This didn't do it.

"Didn't work. Help read like bad translation. No MBR"
Pros: All I foung worthwhile was that it was free and that it gave me an opportunity to experiment.
Cons: I wanted to include MBR on clone. Instructions said "In Partition or Disk to Restore" section, if you select 'MBR and Track' and click next..." Never mind what came next. That item wasn't on the menu. I'm glad I didn't have to pay for it.
Summary: Kay Komando thought the program was wonderful. I had an old Dell with a 20G HD, had a spare 40G and wanted to transfer everything to it. After an hour of trying to find the right screens, I quit. Now I don't trust the program. Maybe I'll try aga... read more >>
