"Who needs data recovery specialists?"
Pros: Supremely user friendly, and fast. The demo I downloaded first accurately reported what could be retrieved (so be sure and try the demo if you have any doubts). I was able to even get a student discount without much trouble.
Cons: Um, I'm sure there's gotta be something.... Well, I can't see anything.

Pros: It worked for my situation.
Cons: None so far
Summary: I had an external USB 15GB HD that got detached while in use. After I plugged it back in all it showed in Disk Manager is unalocated space. I installed Data Recovery Wizard and it found all my data immediately and allowed me to back it up. It work... read more >>

"Effectively found all data from "frozen" partition."
Pros: It did what it is supposed to (recover my data) very well and efficiently, and it is hard to go wrong with this software.
Cons: It seems as though there could be a bit more effort in providing more information about the recovery in helping the consumer understand what has happened, why, and how to avoid what has happened in the future.
Summary: It is a very good program and it is probably a bit hard to go wrong, but depending on your situation it can be a bit confusing as to whether you want a full recovery or a partition recovery. I was resizing my external HDD with their Partition Mana... read more >>
