Quite an advanced software this is. At first i was a bit overwhelmed with all the settings that it has... like setting all the comparison criteria, and file comparisons, advanced search reports and so on... but once you configure it and learn a bit about how it works then you get really attached to all these features that it has. I wouldn't change it now for any other solution for removing duplicates.

A bit overwhelming at first for a non computer specialist like me...

I've tried various duplicate removing software so far but i haven't found any other product that can do the job this well! It can remove duplicate calendar events, emails, it can provide you with very detailed reports and comparisons, it can do the whole job automatically if you want! For me that's awesome! can't ask for more, just lets me focus on my work without being harassed by all those duplicates which are so annoying!

Best solution for outlook duplicates i've come across! does it's job without fail. It has many options to be customized and you can see comparisons between files before you remove them. That's a great feature, at least for me!

i find this the most reliable software for removing duplicates in outlook. i have absolutely no worries to let this program do it's job, and i'm a very skeptical person when it comes to removing sensitive data from my outlook accounts. I tested it at first to see how well it works and it's a top-notch piece of software, that's all i can say!

It has a lot of options that you can customize. I wouldn't trust a program to remove data from my outlook unless i knew exactly how it works. And with duplicate killer i can check all the details so i have no worries that important data would be removed. I like it a lot, much better than any other software i tried before for this.

at first it was a bit confusing because there are so many options to set it up, but that just shows you can customize it according to how you want :)

Summary
As you run the setup for this program pay close attention to the license agreement. I purchased this program in 2008 and paid for one upgrade in 2010 because the year of technical support which was provided when I originally purchased it had run out. I did not need to use it for a while. When I needed the program again recently, could not get it to work. I contacted customer service and they stated my license had run out. I would have to purchase the program again to reactivate it. Nothing has changed. The program does not communicate to my knowledge with the Internet to get its information. However for some reason the program wanted to check my license before I could use it. I would not recommend this program. It does however do a fairly good job of finding duplicates of the e-mail address. The other way around this is to export your contact list into a CSV file then open it with Microsoft excel or another program. Once is exported you can see your contact list and sort by name. At that point all you have to do is delete the duplicates. Most online e-mail accounts such as MSN, G mail and yahoo have the option of sorting, combining and weeding out duplicates. I would however suggest that you export your contact list prior to running these options.
