None that I could see. Didn't work as advertised.
Cons
- Did no character conversion of the test PDF file. Simply created images of the pages in word. Useless. - Only allows conversion of 2 pages. This is the biggest downside of CNET -- they don't require "free" versions to state their limitations.
Summary
Hope their professional edition is better than their trial edition.

Pros
1) Simple interface. 2)Can convert .pdf to .doc in batches. 3) Lets you select what pages you want converted. 4)It converted a copy-protected .pdf (yes!). 5)Trial version lets you "try" 100 times. 6)Tables, spacing and font size were almost perfect (admittedly, I was converting a relatively simple, black and white document).
Cons
1)Prompts you to buy the product at least twice (during Trial version). 2)Trial version only converts two pages of a document at a time. 3)Didn't convert all the formatting correctly; ommitted some bullets and picked the wrong font for text that was bolded. That was easy enough to fix though.
