I could use my bluetooth dongle to retrieve pictures from my cell phone before DriverEasy. DriverEasy updated drivers would not work, so I put my old original working driver back, now they will not work. I can reach no one at tech support (2 weeks) so please do not buy DriverEasy. I have learned a lot about bluetooth drivers, that is what I got for my purchase.
CNET I like your website a lot, please remove DriverEasy from your site. I strongly feel it will hurt your image. thank you

Frustratingly identifies drivers that DO NOT require updating and when I have installed them has caused me a lot of hassle to rectify the problems created in doing so.

Finds lots of drivers to be updated. Automatic installation is great. Can't install en masse with the free version, however.
Cons
Some drivers require manual install, with no instructions on how to do that. Also, a pop-up asks if the driver was installed properly (before the installation's even been started). How should I know?

All the others are confusing and jumbled up to try to zoom you into buying the retail version, whereas this product is simple and truly complete (and truly free). The others are marketing ploys. This product is the one you want. Do everything start to finish from the first, very clean box that comes up. True satisfaction with this one. Better than all the others combined. Really, truly free of charge.
