Saved my bacon!

- Ransomeware hit my computer. I installed O/S on another hard drive and tried to recover my files on my old HD using Norton. It recovered almost nothing. So I downloaded this and it was amazing, it found everything. I had to pay for the version I got, but the value is greater than the cost IMO.

- nothing so far, still have yet to get it to work

- Purchased, put in serial number, activation failed, contacted support, never an answer. Support on their site is malware according to chrome, and the ssl certificate for contact us expired years ago
