"Waste Of Time"

Downloaded on windows 7 64 bit! Scan took FOREVER and found nothing. CPU was running high. Failed Malware Test ( Malware Domain List) as well as EICAR Virus Test.
Summary
After uninstall Degital defender was still running and stopped Task Manager from opening.
After reboots the .EXE files were still eating up resources ... i had to go and do a System Restore.
BEWARE of trying to uninstall this s*#t.
Also deleted my Hitman Pro and SAS Shortcuts!!

Pros
No slow down what so ever. Runs well with PC tools firewall which is why I'm giving a run as a had a problem previously with AVG and this firewall. Its passed all virus/trojan and spyware tests I've thrown at it. Version 3.0.49 free.
Cons
Slow scans.
Summary
Paid upgrade for full kit available. Running XP SP3 with PC tools firewall plus. Runs nice and quick.

I had no problem's at all. Installed and set up well and even found two trogen's AVG and AVAST missed

Nothing, it refused to even start.
Cons
Impossible to determine as it refused to start. Perhaps it was the program, although I suspect it was confused by my O/S (Win Server 2008 used as a desktop.)

This is a great program. It is easy on the resources and it detected several trojans that Malaware Bytes and Trendmicro Housecall both missed. UI is clear and understandable. It doesn't slow my computer at all like other AV's have.
Cons
Had a slight problem on install. It detected remnants of a previous antivirus and wouldn't install. I contacted tech support and they responded nearly immediately and gave my an instant solution.
Summary
Digital Defender has a very small footprint and uses low system resources. It's detection is impressive, and it is extremely easy to use. Support was great. I would definately recommend this.
